My Story
My real estate journey started in the most unexpected place — an alpaca farm.
While helping a friend with her herd during a career transition, she nudged me to get my real estate license. Ninety hours and three weeks later, I was officially licensed… and quickly realized that traditional sales wasn’t my thing.
But what I did discover? I absolutely thrive in operations.
Not long after, I joined a small team of agents as an Executive Assistant. That team grew into one of the largest in Minnesota, and my role evolved just as quickly — from Operations Manager to Accounting Lead, Marketing Coordinator, and Transaction Coordinator. It was in those fast-paced, behind-the-scenes roles that I found my zone of genius.
In 2019, I launched my own business to support agents across the state (and beyond) with the tools, systems, and calm confidence they need to grow. Since then, it’s been an amazing rollercoaster ride — and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
Why do I do this? Because I love helping agents succeed.
