Monitor timeline and send reminders for approaching deadlines

Confirm inspection has been scheduled

Follow up on Appraisal deadlines with Lender

Social Media milestone marketing images

Upload documents into brokerage compliance software system

Send out complete file to agents/clients/brokerage prior to closing
